    im looking for a new day to day diet to have, i do lots of weights training everyday while doing 5-10 round on the bag every night aswell as a couple sit up / press up exercises. also i run 2-3 times a week for a hour each. any got a good diet for this set up ? looking to get my body fat down im at 14% atm.
