I cut out alot of crap I was eating and now eat mainly good solid food I cut down on boozing and now rarely drink but I still drink alot of fizzy drinks and alot of choclate every day - what effect will this have on my body?
You know the answer. Chocolate, if not post workout, will help you get fat and also shuts down the little "fat loss" switch in your daily activities. Fizzy drinks have a similar effect, but are also just dodgy. You want to eat silly things, have them after a good workout, they won't be so bad for you.
You body has to get rid of all that sugar and caffeine somehow and when your liver is over loaded, it will come out through your skin.
