Floyd isn't an ATG. He's a HOF'er, but nothing more.

Greater levels of accomplishments across a greater number of weight classes gives a greater feeling of invincibility... that's pretty straightforward. Don't forget, Pac/Floyd fan's delusion/fandom/whatever isn't just from the past couple of fights.

All these guys have idiot fans - Pac & Floyd just have more to be idiots about.

Yeah, that makes a lot of sense. So you're saying Cotto said "I'll fight manny at 145" You really believe that if Cotto had his way, he would not have chosen 147. That's just ridiculous. Cotto agreed to Manny's terms. again, that's fine with me. if he wins, he gets mad props.

i would agree with that statement if the accomplishments were done against the best available fighters at each division. that statement is meant more for floyd at welterweight than for pac. IMO, pac did what he was supposed to at 140, so good for him. But he hasnt done anything but beat a dead DLH at 147 and people think he is going to KO Cotto who is an animal. Floyd at 147, while he can probably beat Cotto has not looked invincible at 147. He only looks invincible b/c he hasnt fought any top welterweight.

Pacquaio and Mayweather are great fighters. Cotto isn't on that level, so perhaps thats why his fans aren't quite so rabid and over the top.

the fight was at 143 and Cotto said no, so the fight went to 145 Cotto really preffered 147, but hey it is a high money fight, you think he'll turn it down? Don't twist fact. pac picked Cotto not the other way around, dumbass.

Moron. Its not all about picking Cotto, its an option fight as uve stated for big money, learn to analyze.

145 or 147 is a preference for team Cotto.

Actually, its still Manny's terms. You think if Cotto had his way the fight would be @145? Wrong. Cotto settled at 145 to make the fight. Manny's
camp wanted to suck him dry at 143. They would not have taken the fight at 147, which would have been Cotto's real weight and preference.
Good question to ask is why did Pac fight DLH at 147, but not Cotto?:think

If You told me that 2 years from now, Cotto will be beating the likes of Kessler & Dawson...id probably laugh in your face...infact I would probably be in shock if he even gets in the ring with them.

    Get this:
2-3 years ago, the prospect of Pac even getting into the ring with Cotto, Hoya, Hatton, Floyd was laughable...10years ago the prospect of that little flyweight beating the likes of MAB, JMM & Morales was "_______", you guessed it, dillusional!

So forgive us Pac fans for being a little enthusiastic...Pac has achieved far more than Cotto...he's at a stage where the impossible has been proven possible. Because he has done the impossible before...he has now proven that the impossible isnt so impossible...thus the Pac fans are not so dillusional with their thought process...Pac has proven it so.

WHEN Cotto starts beating up the likes of Kessler & Dawson...then you can hype up your fighter to the same degree. He would have done the impossible as Pac has.
