This is the best put together post I have seen in awhile.

People who like to knock Mayweathers resume often don't like to use a time line. When Floyd moved up to WW Zab Judah and Margarito were the top dogs at WW. Guys like Clottey and Cintron were there but not considered elite.

Floyd signed to fight Judah before he got beat by Baldomir. And went on with the fight anyway. I also distinctly remember after Floyd beat Judah people were calling for him to fight Baldo. More so than Margarito. I also remember a number of people thinking he could lose that fight (watch the HBO broadcast before hand).

The only reason he gets knocked for beating Baldomir is because he was so dominant in that fight and didn't knock him out. Which by the way Baldomir had an iron chin. How come we never saw him and Margorito fight??

After that he finally got to fight Oscar which noone can dispute the fact he should have taken that fight. And then once again I remember people calling to see him and hatton fight. Hatton was 2 on the p4p list and he had just beaten Castillo. There are very few people that can honestly say they didn't want to see that fight..

I'll read it if you go back to school and learn what a paragraph is.

Point blank period FMJ would beat the breaks off of Tszyu all nite, against Margacheato he chose baldomir for the same amount of money and belts clear cut choice there, mosely is just a ***** floyd called him out twice and was denied twice so i dont know how people say floyd ducked him, and when floyd asked to fight cotto Arum said he was too green at the time soo case closed bring some new names if you wanna say he ducked them....

It depends on who you are. If you are a ugly ass eastern euro or a slew footed mangina having *******. Both seem to be the same breed of ***** that cant be rationale to the situation. Clowns of the same feather.

I tend to disagree, unfortunately floyd retired with a hot division looking at him and wanting fights, cotto, mosley and williams were all there in 2008 and looking for fights. Floyds last fight was in dec 07 against hatton. Why didnt he fight any of the above 3 in 2008 like he should have? I dont get it really, other than he avoided them, the most straight forward answer is often the correct one imo
