Dillian Whyte: Charles Martin is "a useless bum"

Martin is in semi retirement waiting for someone to over a bunch of money to him so he can cash out what little name he has. I'd chip in some cash to see him in the ring with Arslanbek Mahkmudov .

 

I'd rather see Whyte vs. Ruiz. This will have an entertaining build-up, nonetheless.

Franklin is waste of time and level of opposition we have been used to Wilder and Fury fight not the "can man". Disappointing fight for Whyte. Arreola would be disappointing fight but Martin would acceptable although would still be an easy win for Whyte.

I think Hearn strategy with looking to build Whyte in America with 2 fights there, is to push for a third time to get the Ruiz fight next year. Whytes team and MR seem desperate for that and that was their priority fight before Ruiz team turned it down and they fought Povetkin again on 2 occasions.

The Wilder fight may also be another option that Whytes team and MR have been desperate to make but Wilder is desperate to avoid any bug punchers like Whyte.

 

Martin wants that Hearn/DAZN pay day. Hrgovic called and wanted an elimination fight but Martin didn't want that smoke at all. These guys want the easiest path to a title shot, while still wanting props.
