I am not going to act as if it was a light punch, especially considering that Whyte walked into it, but Fury barely put any weight behind that punch. I think Whyte simply has a really hard time seeing these uppercuts, and thus the effects are catastrophic for him. This content is protected
He'd be sleeping for days! As it is, Itauma will do enough damage to his fragile mandible. I expect Whyte will be on ***** street early, and sleeping within three.
Whyte spent his time since the Fury Fiasco in Tibet, studying the art of the crossguard. We'll see how far it takes him.
I hope I didn't ruin a good, important chincheckers thread. I'm sorry to whoever it was that I called a **** face because we disagreed. Drinking and posting again, no doubt. I just don't think Tyson Fury hits like he should. That uppercut that dropped Whyte didn't even land square on Whyte's chin.. it barely touched his chin and grazed all up the left side of his face. Whyte-Itauma should give us more data on the relative strength/weakness of Whyte's chin.
Just a few hours and Whyte goes to sleep. What round do people think he takes his canvas nap? I'm gonna go with the 2nd!
Or Ituama actually hits that hard. My take on him is that the power is real, he's at least at AJ or Dubois level of power. The speed is obviously real. He's real light on his feet and twitchy, with great reflexes. We just don't know anything about his stamina, chin, or heart when things get rough.
No one should doubt it when knowledgeable chin analysts point out clear mandibular fragility. Whyte has a glass jaw, one of the glassiest of this era. Only pathetic glass jaw deniers and hero-worshipping fanboys would dispute this!!
