The same Stirverne that was TKO'd by Demetrice King (11-15-0 record at the time) and drew with Charles Davis (17-17-1) and failed to put away cruiserweight Willie Herring (13-10-3).... Yeh what an elite name he is...

thats what im saying, you said you dont have to have beaten a big name to be considered elite (Wilder) so i sarcastically said why not say lucas Browne is elite, because just like your saying for Wilder he hasn't beaten a big name,

I didn't mean that Wilder is elite but you have said that Anthony Joshua is "maybe" elite because he only fought
one elite level heavyweight, but he showed his abilities in all of his fights and he knocked Whyte and Breazeale
out, both of them are better than any of Wilder's opponents.

If Anthony Joshua is "maybe" elite then who is really ? Tyson Fury ? I think Anthony Joshua would drop Tyson Fury
like a hot potato more likely than not and i do think that Tyson Fury is a very good fighter.

Boxer as in out-boxer. Joshua is a boxer-puncher. Sorry normie I'll try to speak in simpler terms.

If you look at my post in page 3 of this thread i said that aj and fury are both elite for beating wlad, but someone replied saying they beat an old wlad so i said well maybe aj needs 1 more big win against a younger guy just to shut the person up, but i well and truly believe aj and fury are elite and wilder is certainly not because stiverne inst a name to be considered elite by beating.

Ok, my bad, i agree with you, Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury are elite level heavyweights.

I would consider 5 guys as elite level heavyweights at the moment.

    - Anthony Joshua
    - Wladimir Klitschko
    - Tyson Fury
    - Alexander Povetkin
    - Luis Ortiz

Deontay Wilder hasn't shown the overall ability of an elite level heavyweight so far, in my opinion.

Beating a 39 and 41 year old Wlad isn't an elite victory anymore and doesn't make you an elite fighter. Wlad has only his name left and he's lost his last two fights. But, with today's heavies you have to consider who the best are today and call them elite. The hvw landscape has changed. And the Brits opinion on this matter won't ever change the fans views.
