Dillian Whyte PED Discussion: Guilty? Not Guilty? Who Cares?

I have a feeling we'll never know the truth.
UKAD's method of handling a positive drug test seems designed to be 99% in favor of the caught athlete, and a mere 1% to secure a clean sport.

 

Also maybe to save potential lawsuits for a pulling a fight. The necessary organisations are collating their evidence to NC the fight.

If the fight was pulled and whyte was clean can you imagine the storm Hearn with put up. It easier without lawsuits to NC a fight but morally Im not in agreement, taken into recent incidents with deaths etc....

 

I've never supported UKAD. I've always thought they were just incompetent, but now it looks like they're actually much worse than that. As a Brit I want UK boxing to succeed, but not at the expense of fraudulent testing agencies or blatant corruption. If that allows the juiced-up Yanks to get one over on us so be it.

The system is strong enough, UKAD hands over its findings to an independent panel as part of the overall results management process.

The panel could not be more independent, with a variety of stakeholders, experts, professionals, all liable for their analsysis and testimonies. Hence the whole thing is wrapped up tightly in a legal shell, no transcript is released to the press or public, pretty much like criminal court cases.

So stop blaming UKAD. They did their job. If you want to blame someone, blame the 57 professionals involved in clearing Whyte. And the 20 eggheads at VADA for not picking anything up.

 

Fine. So why approach people who HAVE been posting here, like you're the f**king messiah who's arrived to set everyone straight? You express yourself like you're a smartarse and who knows, you might be okay....

 

I'm talking about the entire system that's in place.
So it's not UKAD perse, but the British system as a whole seems ridiculous, unfair and dangerous. More designed not to get sued by athletes as keeping doped up athletes out of the competition.

 

That might be the case, as always with a variety of topics around the world. But it is not like we have one person, or a group of three best friends managing this whole process, there are very little gaps for corruption when you have this many people involved, and someone like Whyte who is a PPV star, but not Hilary Clinton, or Mayweather etc. isn't going to be paying off anyone to get his way.

He got popped by UKAD before, for a frigging pre workout, for two years. And now we want to believe UKAD are lenient on him?

So to play devils advocate, let's say he did get spiked, and let's say it was Dianabol.

1. How hard would it be for a strnager to spike Whyte?
2. How hard would it be for a member of team Whyte, or a local gym member, to spike Whyte?

Personally, if I wanted to spike an athelete, I'd wait till they went to the vending machine bought a bottle to drink, opened it, had some, left it lying around.... then I would purchase the same bottle from the vending machine, consume the same amount, and spike it with crushed dianabol, shake it like a polaroid picture, and then make the swap easily by using misdirection.

 

Of course, the poll cannot include all the suspects, there are hundreds of suspects at this current juncture.
And a plethora of theories.
I expect "OTHER" to be a popular option.
