Tbf Whyte has handled it the best way just vanish, go quiet and after a couple of months nobody really cares anymore.

We've had some real devoted superfans of particular fighters on here over the years but I think Aydamn may take the cake not only for being this devoted but to someone who hasn't actually even challenged for a world title.

    You mad *******.

It’s a real possibility that if Wilder is made WBC franchise champion, they could do a ‘Haney’ and make Whyte regular world champion if he’s still mandatory...

If he gets "cleared", I'm pretty sure that will happen if Wilder still holds the belt. He's not getting the Wilder fight.

    So I made two
Prediction early in this thread, many pages ago

    1. He will get his mandatory back
    2. He will get cleared

so one down one to go

    Trust in Aydamn

Isn't number 1 only official off the back of number 2? I thought they gave that mandatory date mostly as a place holder

This whole thing - and a Molina fight being confirmed - has reminded me that UKAD suspended him for two years despite them agreeing his banned substance was taken accidentally. They didn't backdate their suspension either, which they seemed happy to do for Fury who happens to be British.

Molina still fought whilst banned by UKAD and even got an additional month for sparring Parker in the build up to the Whyte fight as that was sanctioned by BBBoC
