Disagree it's the promoter selling and arranging the show, it's the promoter putting the fighters in the ring. They have some sort of liability. The promoter doesn't have to do a thing personally in terms of the bloods etc they employ people to do that. Much like they employ security for the safety of fans much like the employ arenas to ensure the fans have somewhere to sit much like they sign tv deals to ensure the fight gets televised etc.
