Most people have emails or they can post updates on there websites and

also they should contact the promoters/gyms/managers etc the word

    would go around quick enough.

In terms of money the UKAD is very well funded and has a turnover of

approx £5 million this would cost very little.

BREAKING UPDATE - Sexton fighting McDermott instead. I was Tweeting Whyte and he told me. Good replacement that. Winneable for both guys. The under-card remains a good one.

no excuse here common knowledge Jack3d was banned, and even if he was ignorant it takes two mins to search and confirm. the DMAA aint like drinking a lucozade or two, my mate used to take it and it gave him unbelievable strength gains, he said it did the same to all his mates, as it gives you unnatural ability for a while if doing it properly

Jack3d was just banned approx September but they have already

released another version called Jack3d micro which is not banned - how

    confusing!

McDermott for me. He's no body beautiful but he's a decent boxer at that level. I think Sexton will be competitve for a few rounds but start getting picked off after a few rounds. How do you see it?

it gives you strength gains for an hour or so. it's not a steroid. it shouldn't be banned imo.

true but you can maximise those gains in the gym and keep the effects, it may spike for an hour, but if you work out well it wont drop back to your original level, if you're lifting bigger weights you'll keep some strength gain

ye im not sure whether it should be banned, but then what if someone took it just before a fight?
