or like ephedrine or amphetamines. If it was like caffeine it wouldnt be banned and wouldnt have killed people

Word of advice take it early in the day if you want to sleep, also go easy on the dose if you aren't very tolerant to stimulants, you will eventually build up a tolerance to it.

:-( Gutted that Dillian made such a silly mistake, hopefully his career wont suffer too much because of this

I'm still a fan but he needs to be a lot more careful in the future

I think the current situation highlights the lack education by the controlling body to their members.

Perhaps better guidelines on nutrition would help. There is no need to take something like a "high energy" drink. An athlete can get all he needs from a good nutritional programme combined with training and all round sensible lifestyle choices.

The current system is leading to many athletes being tainted and potentially losing their careers because of what appears to be mistakes in their choices of nutrition.

    I agree with Gaz.

The Board should circulate a list of what's banned and any aliases that the substances might have.

Shove a disclaimer at the bottom stating that it's the boxer's responsibility to check what they're taking, and that the list isn't exhaustive.

This way, a boxer can't claim ''I didn't know what it actually was'' etc.

The more that get caught, the merrier. Shows that something is starting to be done about it.

Someone took about 10 scoops and died.

Clearly says on the side don't take more than 1.5 scoops but obviously some people don't listen.
