I'm actually impressed with how much pressure they are managing to put on the WBC. Everyone seems to be jumping on the bandwagon laughing at how he still hasn't got his shot. Between this and the 'franchise' champion, the WBC have been a laughing stock. It's a shame their belt is so famous visually, otherwise I think they could be in a bit of trouble.

Rivas - undefeated, nether been down, great stamina with power, beat Ruiz in the amateurs.
The winner now confirmed as mandatory - Hope it will be Whyte, but not sure he’s even favourite.

If he loses, it will be the most satisfying thing to happen in boxing since Fowler/Fitzgerald

If Ruiz beats AJ again, make no mistake Eddie and Whyte won’t be getting their shot for a hell of a long time. Neither will AJ.

    This is how it goes.
Fury beats Wilder end of Feb early March.
Them 2 will then rematch with a promise of Whyte getting the winner.

In the mean time, unfortunately for Eddie, Ruiz is running wild with a load of belts and is calling out the winner of Wilder vs Fury.

We’ll then see Ruiz vs Wilder/Fury before Whyte is even considered.

Eddie really needs AJ to win.
