Whyte has fought AJ, Wilder fought Audrey in the UK...

It has nothing to do with ease. If the fight is on PPV in the UK, which it would be, he deserves a cut of the PPV.

None of Wilder's fights are on PPV in the U.S. None of Joshua's fights are on PPV in the U.S.

If Hearn puts Wilder-Whyte on PPV in the UK, then Wilder deserves more than they are offering. Because the fight will make more than a fight that airs on regular television.

Think Hearn will make more than $7 million on a UK PPV featuring Wilder and Whyte? Sure he will. A lot more. The gate in England would generate four or five times that, before the PPV sales are even counted.

Boxing isn't MMA, where the promoter keeps all the money and the fighters just take the purse that's offered.

If you're going to sell a lot of tickets in a big stadium and put the fight on PPV and sell it as a title fight, the guy bringing the belt gets a cut of the "real" money.

Wilder said, and I quote, "I don't need to go to the UK"......So how the hell can he demand big pay cheques from UK PPV?

Hearn and Whyte both said in the IFL interview that they offered Wilder a career high pay day as well as all of the US money from broadcasting rights etc etc.

I seriously think you're overestimating how big the fight is. 95% of those who attend and watch it on PPV will do so because they want to see Joshua's next opponent.....Wilder and Whyte have very similar size profiles.

The U.S. Broadcasting rights are nothing. The fight isn't going to be a PPV in the U.S. If it is, no one will buy it. Wilder isn't a draw and Whyte has never been on TV here.

If HBO or Showtime buys it, it'll be for less than a million (which is what they paid for Joshua-Wlad).

Offering him the U.S. rights is a joke. And Wilder knows it.

All the money is going to be made on that fight in the UK. It'll be fought in the UK. It'll be on PPV in the UK. It's a UK fight. The UK is where the sport is right now. And they offered Wilder NOTHING of that.

And Wilder's right, he doesn't need Whyte. Wilder is the WBC champ. He can defend against a bunch of guys like Whyte at home and make a million or so every time and never leave his state. The WBC contenders aren't some murderer's row. He can remain the WBC champ for years, and whoever has the other belts are still going to have to come to him if they want it.

Wilder doesn't have an entourage of 50. He lives in Alabama, which is a pretty inexpensive place to live. He's fine.

If Hearn wants him to come to the UK for PPV events, he's got to pay.

The fight is bigger in the UK than it is in the U.S. That fight would be on PPV in the UK.

Whyte isn't anybody in the U.S. He's had ZERO exposure here. Stiverne is a bigger draw than Whyte in the U.S. Stiverne-Arreola II was ESPN's highest-rated boxing match in a decade, until it was recently eclipsed by the Pacquiao-Horn fight. And neither Stiverne-Wilder fight was deemed PPV worthy.

Wilder will get a guranteed 3m which is what Hearn has offered. Then he will get the US Broadcasting Rights,(How much Showtime wants to pay for the US Rights)Then it depends how many people will buy the PPV,which will be down to their promotion, the more buys on Sky,the more Wilder and Whyte will get on top from that pot of money.Whyte will probably get 1m Guranteed. So essentially it is like a 70/30 split to Wilder.I dont know why he dosent take it,Whyte v Wilder is similar to Takam v Joshua.Where Takam is Whyte, the shorter of the two, carries decent power and more of a boxer than brawler.Joshua is like DW,even though AJ is much more polished as a boxer, but as a brawler Wilder is better. If i was Wilder i dont blame him, trying to get AJ in the contract as a guranteed opponent after he fights Whyte.Hearn will then have all the power,so it makes sense for Wilder.

You're massively over estimating the value of this fight. Whyte isn't a big draw in the UK and Wilder is relatively unknown and not respected by those that know him. I don't think Whyte has even head lined a show in the UK before.

No way the fight makes 4-5 times the $7 mill figure you have stated. The fight isn't selling in a stadium, it will likely be in O2 Arena or a similar sized arena.

Whyte should contact Team Stiverne to lead the walk-in and be present in the ring during the introduction of the fighters. Wilder will sh** his pants if sees Whyte face to face.

Makes no difference as if you just think about this logically Wilder has been wrapped in cotton wool for 38 fights and now as he so close why on earth would he step up even with rematch clause he's not gonna do it,wake up everyone this is Wilder a guy who's not interested in history, his resume or challenge himself

 Great to hear, you can see the truth.

Most believe anything they see on tv. They're in a trance and worship the "stars"
The ones who give you stick are blinded by soda, fluoride, GMO's, shrine mirrors(tv, phone, laptop) they stare into, etc.

As bad as Wilder is, I think he beats Whyte. Been disposing of fighters of that calibre for the last two years. Whyte's no better than the other challengers Wilder's defeated during his WBC title reign. Made his name off the back of one big punch landed on AJ in a balls-to-the-wall grudge match and just managed to best a faded Chisora.

Wilder is afraid of Whyte and it shows. Wilder wants to fight another wino from the alley, Wilder is a fraud!
