The win should go to Rivas imo, but boxing always punishes the innocent and slaps the guilty on the wrist. Go figure...

No doubt. Can't see how it won't be. Quite frankly, his might end up being the best that's ever happened to Rivas, the fact that he wasn't informed before the fight, that's potential lawsuit city right there. Fast Eddie's ass could be grass.

this is disappointing, I know the signs were out but Whyte was a nice addition to the mix. all these recent interviews where he's talking up how he has been the victim, Frank Bruno by his side defending him as the next coming. embarrassing.

Who gets to decide if it gets overturned?

In Britain that falls on the BBBoC right? Wouldn't bet on it.

The trickle down from this could be huge and Whyte may well be the least significant person to take a hit here. He's a here-today-gone-tomorrow boxer, the conveyor belt will churn out another to replace him. But unless Hearn can get Rivas and his team to say ($$$$$$$) they knew in advance (assuming they didn't) his position is looking shaky, Adam, very shaky. DAZN and Joshua are not going to want to be linked to a promoter who apparently covers up a failed test to save a fight card. It's not a good look for either....

I'm more glad Rivas had a long fight that he looked decent in got rounds and can Improve. Now he likely escapes with his 0 and I hope he gets a shot at the interim belt again.

It also shows the world that Hearn is a shady as ****. He sat on the adverse finding to make a buck.
