Jalolov has the technical tools to beat Whyte but unsure whether he can take a shot to head and body or if he can last 12 hard rounds.
If I were a Saudi looking to to include a Muslim heavyweight on a card who could beat a name fighter past his prime, I'd consider this match-up for sure.
Not sure who wins but Whyte doesn't need to take any more damage. He is already talking out the side of his mouth.
**** me Jalolov is crazily overrated around here... Don't get me wrong, Whyte is clearly declined but he's still operating at a higher level than Jalolov has proven he can, and possibly higher than he ever will. Ancient Hammer in 2024 pisses all over every pro win Jalolov has to date - and that's saying something when Hammer is as mediocre as he is. Jalolov is a 30 year old prospect, with the kind of resume that most young prospects wouldn't even be proud of... He hasn't beaten an ancient and faded former gatekeeper (as, say, Itauma has in Wach), heck, Jalolov hasn't even beaten a ****ing recognisable journeyman yet. Even a faded contender like Whyte is levels beyond anything Jalolov has ever fought - gold medals as an amateur are absolutely not a guarantee of being any good as a pro.
