This is an even match-maker - as I think both of them are around the same level caliber of fighter. Does Whyte outbox & grind Cooper down to a decision or stoppage? Or does Cooper knock his head off in an exchange. Who wins? This will be an exiting match for however long it lasts.

Cooper is just much faster than Whyte, plus he actually had ok head-movement which combined makes this an unlikely win for Dillian.

    I see a Cooper KO.

A guy who went 35-21 in his prime and lost to multiple journeymen in his prime 30 years ago against 6'-6'2 opposition or a modern top contender who has only lost to top opposition and beat top contenders... hmm...

Cooper was inconsistent but mythical mathchups are usually assumed to be the best version of each fighter. I think the Cooper that went the full 12 with Mercer would beat 2018 (imo peak) Whyte.

If they fought 5 times tho I could see Cooper showing up unprepared all 5 times though. Exciting fighter but his own worst enemy.

Cooper also went 12 vs prime Mercer and Byrd. Not sure he's getting stopped by DW.

Cooper is a few levels below Whyte; it wasn’t uncommon for Cooper to lose to no names in his prime. That being said, I really don’t think Whyte’s chin would hold up if Cooper actually came to fight, he’s a very underrated puncher.

….the guy also had a crack addiction.
But the guy who had Holyfield nearly out, he knocks out Whyte.

Assuming Cooper's not all cracked up, he smokes him early.

Oh, I forgot Whyte lost to Fury, so Whyte is a great fighter now. Continue.

As long as Cooper shows up motivated and in shape (Tillman, DeWitt, Mercer, Holyfield, Hipp), he knocks Whyte out. Bert could be wildly inconsistent. But, Whyte really just isn't very good.
