    Because two fighters AJ was tentative with have been dismantled by apparently lesser fighters. And Whyte is massively improved and much bigger and in shape than when he fought AJ, in a bout where he had an injured shoulder....

    Tha was a very different Whyte and there were circumstances that leaves question marks over that fight, the timing, the injury.

    It would be a very different fight now.

    I think it's clear. He has no sharpness whatsoever, he's just fighting on autopilot, going through the motions. He won't remember any of this tomorrow, and it's probably better that way. Headbutt like that can concuss you real bad, anyone who's watched or played rugby would tell you that.

    Was Parker concussed by the headbutt knockdown?

    He's been so ridiculously off colour since then, still winning the occasional round but some of the mistakes he's making are school boy stuff. Hands constantly low, squaring up on the inside, turning his head after riding a blow etc etc.

    If they say ‘this guy isn’t landing punches but I’m giving him the round because he’s giving an appearance of aggression,” they aren’t qualified to be professional judges.

    EFFECTIVE aggression, clean punching, defense and ring generalship are the four points upon which a fight is supposed to be scored.
