Thinking about brownes training he puts most things up on his twitter page There is no evidence of any running just riding his bike and walking If he is not doing much running you will have to question his puff in this fight You can garentee that Mark Tibbs will have Whyte running even when there is no fight planned
Chisora had Whyte seriously hurt at three times in their fight, and everytime he backed off and didnt go for the kill. Of course this is characteristic of Chisora, who looks to lazy to really take that step up above British level. I have seen enough of Browne to know A. He hits very hard B. He will get to Whyte at some point (Chisora who is not even European level managed to after all) C. He can finish, his finishing skills are up there. So Browne via highlight reel KO for me.
Could actually be HW FOTY, although neither of these is going on to start troubling any of the belt holders in the slightest.
Very entertaining fight, I have no horse in the game for this one, but the winner will likely get a title shot sooner rather than later.
What about the current WBF champ James Toney? http://www.worldboxingfoundation.com/current-wbf-world-champions
I don't think this match will be ll that competitive, Browne outboxes Whyte off the backfoot for a few rounds, and then KO's him in 5 or 6. Whyte's chin isn't very good, and his skills aren't all that impressive either, power wise, he's a featherfist, and he's slow, Browne has the edge in every department, especially power.
Wet Bologna Farts is a very serious org indeed. Whyte and/or Browne would be far better off going for a more reasonable trinket-holder in terms of risk/reward, like Joshua.
Actually yes there is. He has done a few this year already with him sweating it out some mornings. I favourite Browne in this one, if he comes in as motivated and prepared as he did for Chagaev - he looked better in that fight than I've ever seen him, or Whyte for that matter. The trick is he is throwing around suggestions he'll be coming in at >125kg for this fight, 10kg more than against Chagaev. I think that is a stupid idea if he isn't taking the ****
Browne already beat him, and Whyte may outpoint current 50 y.o. version of Toney. But fat Toney from Ruiz and Peter fights kicks Whyte's overrated a** and stops him.
