I'd still take Ortiz to win by ko or decision or lose by
decision depending on the location *winks*

Whyte isn't that great to me. He's good but I've seen enough
of him to know he's a top 10-12 guy but not elite. There's a
few guys ranked lower I'd pick against him. Nothing about the Browne fight proved otherwise

    Whyte is a hype job.
Beat two completly shot bums like Browne and Helenius who were slow as ****.
Ortiz is old but not slow, he looked great vs Wilder. I mean if he gave Wilder the fight of his life then you can not talk about the words "shot", "declining" or "slow".
What did Whyte in the near past? As i wrote beat two old, slow and shot cans like Browne and Helenius both looking absolutely HORRIBLE out there.
He stopped Malcom Tann and Ian Lewison.
Chisora was ROBBED vs Whyte, Chisora was winning this. This is telling pretty much everything.

Ortiz barely lost a round before fighting Wilder no matter if he knocked Scott out or not, he knocked him down three times and won 12 of 12 rounds cleary while Scott was running away.

vs Martz - two knockdowns - KO2 1-0 rounds before
    vs Allen - TKO7 6-0 rounds before
vs Scott - three knockdowns - UD 12-0 rounds
vs Thompson - three knockdowns - KO6 5-0 rounds before
vs Jennings - one knockdown before TKO7 - 4-2 rounds before
vs Vidondo - one knockdown before KO3 - 2-0 rounds before
    vs Polley - TKO1
vs Kayode - one knockdown before TKO1

    Do me a favor......

Ortiz is clearly in decline, and did not look near his best vs Wilder.

Whyte is showing improvement and is on the up. No he will not be as good as Ortiz used to be, but can definitely beat this version of Ortiz, and he will.

WHERE is Whyte showing improvement? Explain. Vs old and shot Helenius and Browne...LMAO

And Ortiz recently gave Deontay Wilder, legit HW#2 out there, the fight and beating of his life....he should be declining?

    LMAO2

Such a point of view only can be written by a Brit.

Whyte is trash. Will be completly destroyed by any decent HW out there, no matter if Ortiz, Parker, Pulev, Povetkin .....

I am LMAO about the hype about Whyte....because he KOd LUCAS BROWNE....OMFG

WBC not really being fair on whyte

beats chisora /helnius and browne /

    also been in with joshua

and yet despite being number 1 contender has to now fight a wilder stable fighter in order to finally get a world title shot v wilder.

this is the kind of thing don king used to do all the time to non don king fighters.

as to ortiz v whyte i would pick ortiz
whyte best chance is not to try and outbox ortiz / but to set a high pace and ortiz will lower his output as the figth goes on .

also you have to figure some of the fire will have left ortiz and maybe he will not train as hard his ambition gone .

but skillwise ortiz is much the better fighter than whyte.
