Oh yes and no chin. But i didnt think that bit mattered cuz without the balls to fight there is no chin.
Whyte hasn’t even stopped any of the decent guys he’s fought. Wilder would starch that tubby pile of goo inside 3 rounds.
He took both Stiverne and Ortiz's power well enough.....and Ortiz is both a better and more powerful puncher than Whyte.
No doubt about it. Wilder knows it. Haymon knows it. The ponce in charge of the WBC knows it. Shirley Winkle knows it. Why else do you think these queers are avoiding him LIKE THE ******* PLAUGE
There's no real reasoning where Wilder match-making is concerned. IMO, Wilder's handlers know that Wilder needs to dictate pace in a fight, get set to throw his punches and avoid unpredictable opponents. These are his keys to optimising his chances. Whatever one may think of Dillian Whyte, he forces the pace, is very game and has a sturdy chin. Wilder having to work in a hot kitchen for more than 30 seconds is something every neutral boxing fan is still waiting to see. Perhaps Wilder is a bad style for Whyte, perhaps his athleticism is really OP, perhaps he sleeps all people willing to step in the ring with him...… I suspect though that once the heat is turned up and he's taken to deep waters, the fundamentals of boxing will show to be actually important and he will get stopped. Sure Ortiz had him on ***** street but Ortiz utterly lacked the engine to put it on the younger man and finish him. Coming through the maelstrom which Ortiz offered is by no means an indicator that Wilder can hang with the younger and fresher contenders of the division, H2H and triangle theories do not apply. Let's be real here: Wilder V Whyte makes a LOT of money for both, Whyte is his #1 contender outside the unavailable AJ and Fury and it would raise his profile for a fight against either AJ or Fury. It makes all the sense in the world but, ultimately, Team Bombsquad don't want the risk. Shame for the fans......
Those neutrals have been asking that 1 same questions of Wilder for some time now and the answer still does not seem to be coming anytime soon.
Allow me to answer your question since it seems to have dumbfounded you as to why the fight didn't take place “I WILL fight Whyte,” he said. “If they put Joshua on that contract, I have no problem fighting Whyte. Better yet I’m gonna make them another deal: If Dillian Whyte will fight Luis Ortiz and beat him, I will fight Dillian Whyte. “They can take it or leave it. You fight Luis Ortiz and beat him? I’ll fight you. You put Joshua on that contract? I’ll fight you.” Really simple right. Here's Eddies Hearns response to that simple request to include AJ in the contract after Wilder mows down the begger Eddie Hearn has insisted he will refuse to promise Deontay Wilder a shot at Anthony Joshua should he fight Dillian Whyte. Hearn dismissed the idea a fight contract with Whyte would include a Joshua clause. ‘No, it doesn’t work that way,’ said Hearn when asked if Wilder would get a guarantee to fight Joshua.'' He's right it doesn't work that because Dillian whyte sole purpose is to act as nothing more than a sacrificial chess piece that is placed in front of the queen to guard and protect Once Wilder swiftly dispatches of the begger, then the AJ protection team will move on to the next boogeyman body guard that Wilder needs to fight. Most likely Wilder will need to fight a mma fighter to prove something! Wilder understandably wants to fight the man who beat Dillian Whyte and you clowns call it ducking. Wladimir skipped wasting his time with Chisora to take on David Haye and no one called it ducking because he was looking to unify instead of wasting camps preparing to fight scrubs. The beggar wants to skip having to go through an eliminator with Ortiz to become mandatory while Eddie doesn't want to put AJ's name on the contract because he knows there is no way to keep AJ out of harms way when the bodyguard gets put to sleep. After that failed he tried to beg Wilder to fight Chisora. These fights do nothing for Wilder's career and we know faux boxing fans are desperate for those fights to happen because after you can call Whyte or Chisora scrubs and you wouldn't be wrong. However the problem is you'd convieninetly pretend as if you never talked them up. The worst thing to happen for you haters, is for Wilder to fight and beat Fury, because then you will have no choice but to acknowledge him as the Lineal Champion who has more authority and more credibility than Jenner who wanted nothing to do with real champions
Cheers but you seem to have your tenses mixed up, I'm not talking about why the fight DIDN'T happen. I was commenting on why it WON'T happen. All your shpiel about Hearn etc etc is some irrelevant BS. Wilder has all the time in the world to organise meaningful fights against the current contenders, let's judge him on whether he actually manages it in the coming 12 months or so. My suspicion is that we will see a slow paced Breazeale fight and nothing else. But feel free to shoot my cynicism down if he produces anything in the near future. I won't hold my breath.....
You said they didn't want the risk, when i've showed you direct quotes stating they were willing to take the supposed ''risk'' providing AJ was guaranteed. It's not irrelevant because you are trying to pin the blame on Wilder and his team, when clearly it is Edddie hearn and the begger who prevented the fight from happening. Hearn for refusing to include AJ in the contract and Whyte for refusing to fight Ortiz which the WBC ordered him to fight if he wanted a guaranteed opportunity to get sent to the hospital on a stretcher against Wilder.
I'd love it for someone to be able to talk about a relevant Wilder victory in the past tense! As in, a reality that actually happened already. Wilder is the #1 P4P GOAT in terms of fantasy matches he hasn't actually boxed! FFS man get in the ring already...…...
