If he wasn’t then why didn’t Whyte’s lawyer dispute that claim? You are calling me clueless yet all we have to go by is the interaction on that radio call and one man’s claim was not refuted. This is the problem with fans like you who clearly have agendas. You act like you are privy to the contract when all you’ve done is probably read opinions of utter losers on Twitter with agendas.

If SJ hadn’t pushed on the escrow thing and whether it was in the contract you’d probably still believe that Warren was obliged to put funds in an escrow too.

 

Mate, look at some of the history of these posters. They have absolutely crucified Wazza at times about going Bankrupt and not paying. Now they think he's a Saint! There isn't a single promoter from these shores since the Duff days that has fleeced his fighters or been in legal disputes with them like him.

Firstly, i dont have an agenda. I dont trust promoters but im a Fury fan and hope he wins.

That said is the lawyer meant to waste his time and refute a claim he knows is baseless. There cpuld be multiple reasons he didnt refute the claim.

Why didnt frank mention it before ? Drop your agenda and stop being guillible. Well with FWs previous about paying fighters id want guarentees but at least he has TR pockets to pay his fighters.

Who cares if Warren hadn’t mentioned it before? He said clearly on the call that he had followed up on the breach by writing to Whyte’s team to notify them of the intention to follow up on the legal ramifications for the breach. That’s how it works when a party is dealing with a contractual breach.

If Warren was talking **** Whyte’s lawyer would have simply stated that on the call.

Any objective person can deduce from that brief interaction that it is highly probable that Frank is being truthful on that matter due to the fact that he is citing legal procedure for his claim.

 

Your post the other day nailed it. Almost always, BB takes things to extremes, misconstrues what people are saying and appears to take debates very personally.

I’ve not seen one person say anything to remotely suggest Warren is a ‘saint’ - it’s just hyperbole.

No matter which way you look at it, Whyte is coming across as an utter **** here.

Not turning up for pressers, moaning about his picture on a poster, not even promoting or mentioning this fight for the WBC championship, all of this after he has cried to anyone and everyone about how he hasn't had his shot.

 

I don’t think either of them came across particularly well. Doesn’t look good on Dillians behalf having an unlike able Yank brief talking on British radio and Frank just losing his rag. Just hope the fight happens cos it should be a cracker

Why not ? He isnt getting paid to promote tge fight. His flat fee was to fight. Why should he give up his own preparation time for what is his hardest fight to date so that he can make everyone but himself more money ? Like i said if your boss called you up to do extra work on your day off so he can make more money, you would say no ?
