    Ruiz does not have a better jab than Whyte. What are you basing this on? His handspeed is better but he needs to be in very close range to let his hands go effectively. Whyte's reach is pretty decent for his height, and he's generally able to outjab his opponents when he has a height advantage over them. Ruiz isn't hard to beat to the jab. Parker did it and he has a shorter reach than Whyte and doesn't get the same sort of extension either.

    Whyte reminds me of Ruddock although he obviously isn't as good. Similar, those long gangily arms. The way they throw punches. Ruddock used to have a solid jab but he largely abandoned it after falling in love with his power.
