Dimentrenko vs. Krasniqi

I agree. Dimentrenko fights a similar style to Krasniqi from what I've seen but he's better at it. Luan has slipped quite a bit & he's likely to get stopped late or lose a wide decision.

 

This is how I see it. Krasniqui was a fringe contender type with good, but not great ability. His prime has come and gone.

Dimitrenko should win here, maybe early if Krasniqui is just going through the motions in training for a pay day.

Universum would not risk a young fighter they can make a lot of money on vs has been unless they are pretty sure the younger fighters is going to win.

 

Dimitrenko is like a younger, orthodox Tony Thompson. I see no reason why Dimitrenko can't do to Krasniqi what Thompson did.

 

Dimitrenko by decision, but I wouldn't be surprised if Krasniqi quit.

 

Luan has been knockout prone ever since his devastating loss to Brewster. He was finished after that war.
Dimitrenko UD's him, just like Thompson.

I am going with Kras to beat Dimitrenko, probably by late TKO. I think DImitrenko is way overrated and not world class.

 

Krasniqi isn't knock out prone, he is prone to quit. Even in the amatuers he would quit. The only time Luan has ever been Ko'd was by Brewster. Luan quit against Thompson, he wasn't hurt, the ref stopped the fight because he wasn't fighting.

Acctually, I think Dimitrenko may be knock out prone. But Krasniqi isn't the fighter to do that. I expect Dimitrenko to win a clear decision or make Krasniqi quit.

Dimentrenko comes off the canvas to win a decison and waits ten months before fighting some powerhouse like Julius Francis or Richel Hersisia. In that fights, he gets knocked down again.

 

I have been really impressed with the progess of Dimitrenko. He is an intresting fighter, he is so large 6'7 with 83' reach and is fluid. And he is trained by Fritz Sndunek. I think the question mark with Dimitrenko is his chin, it raised some questions getting KD against Koval.

In Alexander's last fight he dominated and took a part Timo Hoffmann. He stopped Hoffman, which I thought was nearly impossible.

Hoffman put him won, though. The questions loom large. I like Dimenrenko too, but adding some defense would help his cause a lot.

 

Yeah, Dimitrenko got KD, but he put down Hoffmann down several times and stopped him. It least Dimitrenko got up quick (he was up at 2) and seemed to recover quickly.
