Sanders will never be in that shape again, He was old when he beat Wlad and hasn't done much since. He's also been injured.....but he did have a couple comeback fights and looked as if he could contend again but havn't heard much from him since his last injury.
Sanders is still one of my favorite fighters, i dont know what kind of shape he is in now. The Sanders who fought Wlad would beat Dimitrenko imo but hes a lot older now
Sanders has little left, unless Dimitrenko is a complete dumbass and elects to go toe-to-toe from the opening bell then he's the only winner.
sanders has been avoided my most fighters. he could have had a brilliant career but bad management got in his way. that's why he took boxing only half-seriously which explains his occasionally bad shape and stamina. imagine him with ten pounds more muscles, ten pounds less fat and a better management - he could have been one of the top fighters of the 90's-00's.
Today Sanders is too far over the hill to win this fight. So I say Dimitrenko by UD. I think he's retired anyways, and that?s a good thing. But if we're talking the Sanders of 5 years ago, he would knock Dimitrenko out. Sanders had great handspeed and a big left punch, while Dimitrenkos defense is bad like we saw it against Hoffmann.
