...and have another crack at the big time!:deal

You've come back from defeat and disaster before. You can do it again! Don't give up, Ding!

Be brutally honest with yourself, make the necessary changes, work your ass off once again and get back into the saddle as soon as possible!

You can do it again, Ding!!!

    Go, DING!!!:happy :happy :happy

Yes at least going the distance with a world champion will give you a lot of experience as well as recognition.

He was hopelessly outclassed I am afraid.....by someone who I thought was no better than him.

No problem. Some people are better than you and some are much better. That's life!:deal

Ding will make the changed he needs to make, come back better and find his level. He'll make himself and all of us proud again!:good

    Go, Ding!:happy

Ding is a gentleman; an educated, polite, charming, good man. He fights the best he can and he gives it his best. Ding is good for boxing. I wish him all the best!:good

The best thing for him would be to Retire, no need to take punches when in reality you dont have a chance at being more than a Journyman.

Nah, he's still a top 20 cruiserweight with a big punch and a TV friendly style. No need to throw him under the bus already.

    Hang in there Ding.

Anyone think Ding would be better off fighting at 175?

how the **** is he a journeyman??!!? Do you know what a journeyman is? A journeyman doesn't regularly headline cards on tv. A journeyman does not get a title shot. A journeyman does not become a top 10 fighter.

It's an option but first he really needs to sort out many of his flaws - the first being his reliance on power.

his biggest weakness is his hand and footspeed.

in fact although he would be very short, heavy where they are less athletic and slow of hand and foot might suit him better.

Yeah...he's power is not great enough to warrant this overreliance. It might be greater p4p at 175 though. He'd also have more stamina and workrate at 175...that's why I was suggesting it.
