If Dirrell runs for 12 rounds he gets the wrong side of a decision again. If he throws more punches, Abraham knocks him out.

    Abraham >>> Froch.

Dirrell has now got some experience under his belt. I think its only up for him at this point. Question is how much is he gonna improve from his last fight. If he faught Froch next I think he would win a wide UD or late tko, but hes not. He's fighting Abraham, a totally different and much more challenging opponent. I could see Dirrell outboxing him as Abraham doesnt throw many punches but when he does they are bombs and I can also see him blasting Dirrell out. I voted for Abraham by KO but I wouldnt be suprised if Dirrell outboxed him.

I lean towards an Abraham by KO scenario. But, I'm not 100% sure.

Dirrell doesn't throw a lot of punches himself, so, I'm not sure that he is going to be piling up an early lead on the scorecards against Abraham which is mandatory.

However, Abraham likes to fight more on the outside which works better for Dirrell. The danger for Dirrell is in an inside fight. But, I think at some point Dirrell has to come inside if he wants to land. I don't see him being successful on the outside.

And at that point I think Abraham KO's him.

Beleive it or not, I feel Dirrell has a real shot at winning here. His speed and reflexes might be just what he needs to defeat Abraham. You need some one who is faster then Abe, and who can land on him and get out of the the way before Abraham could counter. This should make for an alright fight I believe. If Dirrell trains hard and can go into this fight with confidence I can see him maybe getting the decision. If he gets lazy Abe is gonna touch his chin and put him right out.

I don know, I mean I know who Im rooting for. I'd like Andre to get in a little tune up before this fight, just to compose himself and gather his confidence. Its an exciting match-up on paper though

This fight, like the Taylor one, is pretty hard to predict, but like the Taylor fight, i'd favor Abraham. It's very hard to land clean punches on him, although Dirrel is very slick and hard to hit as well.

The difference is that when Dirrel lands, he scores points. When Abraham lands, he breaks bones.

I'll say one thing. If Abraham scores another devastating KO, i think even Kessler would be a bit rattled before stepping through those ropes against AA.

:goodI'd agree, Andre is a guy who could use both his reach and height advantage better than JT did. he moves well latterally back and forth, and Abraham has never been a chaser. He can box him on the outside, step inside and step outside in a blink. But like you say, Abraham is not only incredibly powerful, but incredibly accurate. Dirrell likes his hands low, but he does not want to feel an ounce of Abraham's, as we know now, concussive power.

Dirrell will use too much movement and unless AA catches him with a reaching heavy shot its gonna be Dirrell by close UD.

Although I would like to see AA knock Dirrells bicycle ass out.

Id hate to say it, but on paper this fight seems like a boring one.

Abraham should expose this fraud once and for all. I'd be a bit more confident if he was a bit more willing to really push the pace, though. A guy like Dirrell should not have made it this far, even.

I'd bet a lot that if AA or his coach are feeling that they gonna lose the fight all hell will be let loose. If AA needs a KO to win - which hasn't been the case yet - he will KTFO Dirrell. Dirrell won't survive 12 rounds then. I also think that Dirrell can't really hurt Abraham, because he doesn't punch as hard as Taylor. I predict the next highlight reel KO in this one.

Abraham will pressure him, he will be too strong for Dirrell. Andre's offense was not what it should have been against Froch & unless that improves quite a bit, then I see Abraham being too powerful & scoring a TKO9!

I have said from the start Abraham is winning this tournament!

I agree that AA is not someone, who likes to chase his opponent. And perhaps Dirrel can make AA look really bad and get a UD.
On the other hand whenever I see AA fight I get the feeling he could do more if he has to.
The first Miranda fight was the only time I´ve seen AA fighting it all out. But I might be wrong with this.
    Tough fight to predict.
I expect a boring fight. It will come down to "will AA catch him or not?"

I think AA will do better than Froch.

I also think Dirrell will do better than the timid Dirrell we saw against Froch.
