Dirrell had a 3 months recovery time for his brain injury

We'll never know whether Dirrell's injury was exaggerated or not. When US military personel are subjected to IED blasts, unless they have a base line reading of their brain activity prior, they can't even necessarily prove their suffering from a brain injury, they just suffer with it. One way we might be able to see if his injury was legit is if he fights someone who can actually fight, and Dirrell doesn't take the punishment as well as he did say against Froch.
