A win is a win dude and if he fights like Mayweather and gets the win then you cant find any excuse to explain why Froch did not win. It is upto Froch to do the business but as you said anything can happen in a fight. I see Froch getting cut and then it will all go downhill from there.

That can't happen...after all...Joe did beat Jeff Lacey.
Vanderpool and Pemberton were more meaningful wins than Reid in my book, possibly Sheika too, Reid was done by that point the other guys were all still top ten or thereabouts.

Comparing Dirrell to Calzaghe at the time he fought Lacy is like apples and oranges. Calzaghe had fought and beaten the likes of Eubank, Reid, Sheika, Woodhall, Mitchell, Brewer who are all two levels above anyone Dirrell has ever beat. He's going to have to step it up big time if he wants to beat Froch.
Lacy: Vanderpool was about 15-25 at SMW when they met. Pemberton was outside of top 50 when they met. Reid was 20-25 when they met. Sheika was outside of top 50 when they met. Manfredo was about 10-14 when they met. Tsypko was about 5-10 when they met.

Froch: Reid was 30-40 when they met. Dobson was 40-50 when they met. Taylor was 5-10 when they met. Pascal was about 10 when they met.

Actually, your logic is ****. Because Fighter A beat Fighter B, and Fighter B beat Fighter C, does not mean Fighter A beats Fighter C.

he will probably be running down the aisles after the first round anyway, froch should probably just get in some sprinting training.

Mark my words. After the fight is over, people will be labeling Dirrell the next Roy Jones given how good he's gonna look against Froch.

There won't be any excuse's from me.If Dirrell beats Froch i'll give him all the praise that result demands, however,i still think after a good start he'll get tagged in one of the middle rounds,it'll be all downhill for Dirrell after that.:good

if there both healthy then froch should win this easily, unless he gets an injury I see no way dirrel can win tbh.

Me neither. If Dirrell wins he deserves it big time given the odds he'll have to overcome. I can't see it though, I'd be amazed if he pulls it off!

All I know is that this tourney ....Kessler is going to get his ass taxed and get exposed as an over rated B Champ

I don't remember anyone underestimating Froch. What did I miss? He knocked out Taylor so evidently he's a threat to any of the 5 in the big six.
