    I am usually a cynic about these things, but this old wives tale actually has some truth to it.

    Though 10 weeks is a little pointless, he'd have been better off going with and without sex in cycles.

    This contest is not a given for Froch.... Froch is a quality operator for sure... So is Dirrell...:yep

    He is very sensitive in any criticisms and I often wonder if it is why he has a tough contest everytime to show that he can have a dust up... I hope that Carl Froch wins, he won't have it all his own way tonight though...:think
