Dirrell is more gifted than Ward.

    Exactly. And only 18 fights. Right now, it's 50-50 and could go either route. From the antics I saw in the Froch fight, it's not good start so far.

    Im not really sold on AA's power, after all he did knock out Taylor who has been knocked out in like 3 of 6 fights. And he said afterwards something that for some reason no one ever really touched on.

    When asked what he thought about the fight "I expected it, I come into this fight expecting the worst and hoping for the best" I know that he was just knockedout and may not have had his mind clear yet but damn, I was thinking did he really just say that??? I had to rewind the tivo.

    I'm in the same boat. But like you said, the raw talent is evident. And I like his style and hope he succeeds.

    Dirrell is faster. But Ward is more polished, has bigger nuts and isn't scared to engage. He also has a better defense using angles and his body, not just head movement.

    Yeah but that's the JT fight, I don't really rate that win too much. JT is one of my favorites but he's done imo. KO'd in dissapointing fashion in his previous fight and then has to fight AA. Not a good idea. It does show balls though.

    I think his power is legit from what I've seen of his career. But we'll see, he hasn't exactly faced tough competition.
