    4 ounces is not much but believe me, I'm sure Froch was happy to drink an energetic drink just in front of him. Everything is calculated in a dehydration process. It's not good to delay the rehydration part. Dirrel is young though so the effects on him shouldn't be so big.

    0.4 ounces doesn't sound like a lot, but Dirrell's a big guy and I'm sure he's already drained at the weigh-in trying to make weight, there's no way they would of wanted to make 2 trips to the scales so he's pretty sure to be a bit dehydrated anyway.

    And people here are claiming he can lose it easily by taking a ****. He probably doesn't have much water to leak out left in him, and people claiming he can shave his arms & legs need to realise how little hair weighs, and that 4 ounces is actually a noticeable weight when you have it in your hand.

    Might not be a lot compared to the other 168 on his frame, but he's not gonna have much water-weight left to lose, so he may have to sit in the sauna or go for a run in a sweat-suit for a while just to get that off.

    Those interviews on the central tonight clip of the weigh-in is bad tourist promotion for nottingham, good god what ****-ups we have in this city, they all looked in-bred and the most normal one couldn't even pronounce our champions name right. :patsch
