You are overlooking the context... In some cases yeah it's reasonable to ask for proof, this however is clearly not the case where the victim should explain his so called "stunt".

If this information is true and he actually suffered a concussion then I also feel bad for doubting his injury's authenticity.

no **** he suffered a concussion you dumbasses, a concussion by definition is the loss of consciousness due to a blow to the head
every fighter that gets sparked out, has a concussion

True, I understand about keeping it in context. The thing is, alot of people that accused Dirrell of faking it, was because of the delayed reaction that made it look questionable. I never accused Dirrell of faking it, but hearing that he did suffer a concussion really puts this DQ contraversy to rest. And should eliminate any questions concerning Dirrells character.

How nice of you to inform me of that, now be a good boy and spread the word to all the posters who denies he suffered a concussion and was in fact unscathed by the feather fisted Abraham and ready to continue.

Yeah there has been alot of talk about the delayed reaction, and to a degree I can understand why you would be a little suspecious
as to why he didn't go down in the instant he was hit.

I won't try to explain what technically happens when you're hit like that, I simply can't, but I will say that it's not the first time I've witnessed that type of reaction to a punch, and it's not that unusual to react like that.

BTW why would he not look at the ref... his head bounced right and left the and when you can't protect yourself and are about to have a blackout the ref is the one who's supposed to protect you.

Someone posted this to the front page article and really seems about as plausible as it gets:

    Blaze
After viewing the fight and witnessing the controversy in posts about AD faking, I decided to show the fight to my mother who is a physician to get her assessment. What we thought was AD's leg shaking was actually him instinctively trying to get up. It was her assessment that after he was hit that he wasn't out completely. His leg moving was him trying to roll over which he began to after about 7 or 8 seconds, but only making it to his side. Apparently she said when you're hit like that you r nerves shut down and you slowly begin to regain control of your body. She also mentioned that the doctor would have known he was faking as soon as they check his vitals, but she would have to have taken the vitals herself to know for sure.

You can get a doctor to say anything, why do you think there are so many on "incapacity benefit" and off on long term sick with "stress". I don't believe it at all. Can you prove beyond doubt that someone was concussed? they could act that as well.

Alright, so Dirrell conveniently paid of the ringside docter before the fight thinking he couldn't beat AA and had to slip
and hope AA hit him while he was down, so he would get DQ'ed and the ringside doctor would judge him unfit to continue.

    Afterwards he would pay the docter(s) at the hospital, make a dusin people lie for him ;
and to top it off he avoided the urin test because he took PED's before the fight to make sure he made it long enough into the fight,
so he could frustrate AA and make the whole thing more dramatic and believable.

What he didn't do was fight a great fight. Abraham was alway going to knock him out sooner or later right...?
This is worse than watergate, and we haven't even uncovered all the people involved yet!

Unfortunately for Dirrell , a concussion can potentially ruin the rest of his career.
