This post would hold some truth if Ward actually boxed instead of fighting illegally for the majority of both his fights.

Ward will probably get so frustrated during this fight he bites Dirrells ear off.

Now that is a bizzare claim! Dirrell is going to put Ward to sleep, finally!

Billy goat ward is a complete expert at creating a perfect gameplan, and executing it to a T.

K Pax what ever you say. I must admit the thought of hearing an introduction of Andre "The Billy Goat" Ward does crack me up  It's just sour grapes tho because Ward is undefeated and his S.O.G nickname is mis-understood so he attracts a lot of hatred from the other camps...

I do think Ward needs a KO to win. Anything close will go Dirrell's way IMO.

    Go Andre Ward! :bbb:good

ahhh well inside fighting isnt illegal.. sure in hell isnt pretty.. and if Dirrell gets near those ropes he aint going to be slippin and punching.. once he gets cornered by someone who knows what to do when he has an opponent against the ropes its not good.. thats one of his weakness.. the only fustrated one I see is Dirrell cause Ward aint gonna box toe to toe in the center cause thats not a fight he can win.. Ward will dictate and throw Dirrell off his game..

Aww man this video remeinded me why I like Dirrell and think he is a great fighter.. However.. some weaknesses seen in his game.. he only fought well against the ropes trying to counter, no inside game VS Froch, Abrahamn.. He countered them hella quick after they hit him once or twice.. NOW.. we know Ward smothers his opponents punches.. I don't think Dirrell would be able to counter Ward like he did Abrahamn or Froch. Also his fight against Stevens I believe (the little guy at the end of the Video that was getting Tee off on by Dirrell) Why couldn't Dirrell finish him against the ropes,, He had him hurt like hell and cornered.. Dirrells punches were impressive but not effective in K'O ing this fool... All those uppercuts, not needed.. he didn't try any hooks to the body or step back to allow an opening... Like I siad before Dirrell has got the talent but he is not complete yet..

Ward gets you against the ropes its gonna be nasty.. (cheating to those who don't like the infighting)

Ward has a good counter as well so don't think Dirrell can just throw at will without thinking somthing just as nice won't come back..

I'm shocked it will be there. Ward actually sells seats in Oakland. I bet there weren't 2,000 paying customers to see Dirrell-Abraham. To get people to go, they'll need to load the undercard with local favorites like Darryl Cunningham, Rich Power and Vernon Paris. All parties would be taking a big pay cut for this.

Ward might actually fight clean for this one. I doubt he wants to give his good buddy future cuts problems. And while I'm sure he wants to win, he might not try QUITE as hard because he knows that Dirrell probably needs at least a draw to advance, and Ward has a spot in the second round locked up already. The fact that they're practically best pals might play a factor.

Again, Ward was able to shut down the mental midget Green by doing the same hold, hook, headbutt bull****. Ward won't be able to get that close to Dirrell. Dirrell can fight pretty good inside. But Dirrell and his team are no idiots. They know that once Ward is inside, he will hold, hit and do whatever he can(illegal or not) So expect Dirrell to control this fight, and visibly frustrate Ward with lightening quick counters everytime Ward gets close. Many people picking Ward are doing so on a false sense of security and confidence. Dirrell is way to smart for that bs. Speed kills people. Combine the speed with an ungodlike sense of timing, and you've got an Andre Ward laying on his back with his eyes rolled back in his head.

Well these 2 know each other a lil more than we think.. You just can't rely on speed.. it kills but there has to be more than that.. The hold hook and headbut is over stated and miss read.. Ward just pushes his weight around and the other fighterer usally is game.. Green was game and paid for it... Kessler didn't want any part of that and still paid for it.. Dirrell I see a lil bit in between.... My question is HOW in the Hell does he Keep a fast on his feet, crafty, little lesser hand speed than his own Ward off his ass..? You can't say counter punching and speed alone.. There will be times where that doesn't work cause Ward is crafty enough to get inside... Then what? Ward gets you right where you don't want to be... in the grasp of a python.. (Inside) with his opponent trying to get away with Ward closely following him and smothering puches and his power.. Dirrell has to find another Gear with his talent... untill then this is what probably happens to him...
