    hahahha, fights like a caveman

well, hopefully he wont use "rough tactics" vs a mutual friend. I dont think he'll go that route, but you'll never know. Im not turned off with his "veteran" tactics, its a part of boxing, and stuff is allowed. If not, he'd get a warning or point deduction.

My first reaction to this is Dirrell by DQ or points.

    Think about it?

It's all because of what he did to Kessler. Coming in to the tourney, even though all the Europeans were highly regarded and favored over the Americans, Kessler was considered the class of the lot.

Ward's complete domination of "The Great Viking Warrior", and the way he did it, brought it(hate) out.

Notice how even though there were no head butts in the Green fight, and Green was initiating most of the holding, there are still so many of those complaints about Ward's tactics.

Really, no matter how it happened, "many" just cannot come to terms with that Kessler loss.

I suspect this will be another example where a lot of people are picking their sentimental favorite Dirrell(hate against Ward, mainly), but the real betting money will be on Ward.

No. I'm just picking the smarter, faster, and more skilled fighter to win. Dirrell takes it in a beautiful, near shutout victory. No real doubts at all. This will be a fight that merely showcases Dirrells talent with Ward struggling to keep things competitive.

    I'm also from the USA.

Kessler wasn't my favorite fighter before the tourney, nor is he now.

Don't see how anyone can honestly say Dirrell is smarter and more skilled than Ward. Faster, yes. Quicker, too be deternined. Zab Judah was/is acknowledged to be "faster" than FMJ. But he still was not fast enough to win.

Ward has done exactly what he needed to in almost flawlessly dominating his last 2 fights. He's lost maybe 2 rounds, if actually that many.

And you can't really accuse Dirrell of being a genius in either of his last 2 bouts. I think this smartness is actually rather a matter of "someone" projecting his wishes onto someone else.

Don't like Ward's style at all, it's a pain to watch. Dirrell is my favorite in the tournament, style wise, I liked how he fought AA. But not the hugging he did vs Froch even though he showed a lot of good things.
