looks like this showtime tourney is coming together and they said one of the first fights would be Forch-Dirrell. Now when I think about this fight, I think that Forch keeps his hands down way to low and if he didnt pull out everything he had in the 12th round against Taylor he loses. Dirrell is a faster, more power, better stamina Taylor. yes he doesnt have the expierence but its not like Froch has 5 title defense or something. when this fight Happens I expect Froch to be out of there in 6. what do you guys think?

I think Dirrell has very good chances of beating him.Froch can't be a punching bag and win all the time.

That being said if Dirrell doesn't win he could give his boxing equipment to uncla Roger to pour gasoline on it and throw it in the trash.

its gonna be tough for froch to win with his hands around his waist and his chin hanging over his lead foot. but froch has a huge heart and great stamina himself so it should be exciting at the least

ROFl...Poor Frochy is real unlucky!!!! i see this as a 50/50 fight. Ashame Froch doesnt get to pad his record like Calzgahe did...doesnt look like hes going to be facinf Puwill Thornberry Veit x 2 while holding a WBC belt.

HAHAHA. yeah, I mean Forch with these hands low is just ludacris. Dirrel looks like he has some serious power, i think he does hit harder then Taylor so we shall see.

I'm not sold on Dirrell's power as he hasn't fought anybody but his skills and speed and there for everybody to see.

    He should/could win.

I like Froch to survive Dirrell's handspeed and combination punching early on and wear him down. Late stoppage is what I'd go with, with Froch keeping his title.

Dirrell's ridiculously untested and I get the feeling he can't deal with pressure and has a shaky chin.

if Forch beats him then thats his best win of his career IMO. Pascal or Taylor doesnt have the skills of Dirrell. yes they have experience but Froch is not that much experinced himself.

  14. How come Pascal didn't beat him then ?

Dirrell doesn't have all of his wins by KO and most in the early rounds.Plus Valero fought some good guys in Mosquera and Pitalua.

Dirrell is highly untested. If he would be more experienced I would pick him very easy but he just might not make it mentally in there.
