    My thoughts exactly. Dude talks the talk, talks about how humble he is, talks about his beleifs.. and it's easy to do when your winning fights. When you take a defeat, when you fall down, when things aren't going well... That is where people find out who the true man really is.

    It's rare these days to see a fighter lose a decision that wasn't even close and not make excuses. It's almost unheard of for a fight to be close and the guy has to much pride and respect to not even suggest ***MAYBE*** I won the fight when he knew it was at least close. Big props to Trout. Even if he gets KOed in his next fight, or he gets old/shot someday soon I will still support him as well.

    Well it says something about his character that he didn't mention as wide a margin as the judges had. :cool:

    just because he did not show it does not mean he did not feel it.

    Canelo won easily, and Trout knew it.

    The Showtime commentary was ridiculously biased in favor of Trout, probably to try to keep viewership around.

    :lol::lol:

    Trout has something these slick black fans don't...

    Class.

    A true class act. Came up with so many reason why he lost, Canelo was a great boxer, he underestimated his ability to box and move, he was making him miss.

    Trout laid it out in truth, he doesn't lie and tells it like it is .... a true class act.. little slick black kids need to take a page from a man like this and look up to him, the ghetto would be a better place if more guys like Trout existed, dude is a such a cool guy.

    With the open scoring in affect, that's not a reason as to why he would openly accept defeat... It gave him a chance to step up the gas and chance the scoring himself. He was unable to.

    Fans are fighting a losing battle and need to know when to not sound like whining sour grapes when their own fighter admits he lost.

    I don't think anyone who thinks Trout won, or was hosed by any means at all with the decision, has the slightest leg to stand on.

    He wasn't angry because he knew he lost.
