He's still a named fighter that gotten more U.S exposure than Rojas and John. There are still good fights for him out there.

he won' be getting the fights he wanted that's for sure, I think he's camp will be making excuses for his performance and he'll go back to trolling press conferences and weigh-ins, the odd call out in an interview from time to time...

That's it for Cab I think, and I'm really saddened. He was fighing well outside his natural weight and looking at the weigh-in and his sharpness he was off shape and paid very hard. He was avoided already, but now that he brings less than before, that's about it for his money dreams.

Go down to FW and fight Gamboa or JuanMa.

Well, he can forget about ever fighting JuanMa now. I doubt he'll get Gamboa either.

His best bet is, since they share the same manager, getting John into the ring. Maybe a fight with Vasquez jr would be possible?

He obviously has to move back down in weight but this has given everyone a viable reason not to fight him. Considering how avoided he already was, it could be a long way back from here.

He looked awful. I dont think he has a case to fight anyone in the top 10 after last night. A lot of guys will probably be happy to fight him now though. Gamboa and Juanma would destroy him at this point.

So this is the guy that a lot of people here on ESB said would destroy Juanma and Gamboa.

not a lot on here did, but many did see skills and saw a lot from the wins he did have

for me his biggest win was over molitor, who was at BEST top 50. beating a top 50 does not equal top 10 p4p. he never really did anything...

This was bad for Cabellero but you could see it coming. He was fightng 2 divsions above his normal, taking Litzau lightly, and more interested in Lopez and Gamboa than this fight. This had upset written all over it. There are still some options for Cabellero but all his crying about not getting Lopez or Gamboa just went out the window.
