Promoter Hennessy has at last got another show at Blue Water Kent on Nov16th . This replaces the one postponed in March with the original top of the bill James Degale back in action, against Dyah Davis. The original bill also featured Chris Eubank jnr and Kid Galahad and tickets were priced at from £30. BlueWater is about ten minutes from me so it would have been a convenient venue to patronise. However neither Eubanks or Galahad who were due to provide original support are now on the bill instead we have Lenny Daws,Adam Battle ,and Eli Green, against those well known opponents TBA. There is one other change ,the tickets are now priced at from £40. After a week of trying to ascertain who will be facing these boxers I have come up with nothing , not even from Hennessy's own site. In the light of what is basically a bill with less than household names appearing I can see no justification for the hefty price increase, nor for the cavalier way that Hennessy has treated the fans ,who are expected to shell out their hard earned cash without even knowing who they are going to see. I will therefore be giving this bill a miss.
Certainly the fact there are no named opponents doesn't help DeGale fight will be live channel 5 anyway against a real treading water opponent I think you won't be the only one giving it a miss. So it will be another half empty arena for DeGale to showcase his skills on at those prices from minimum can't blame people.Lenny Daws is always well supported I have experienced from previous shows for Hennessy sake lets hope he sells a few doesn't ever look good on TV banks of empty seats. With Xmas coming up spend your money on something else mate!
No chamce. Eubank pulled out of purse bids for a final eliminator v blackwell so he won't take a risky fight like etches with no stauts wen he turned down blackwell twice.
The board release all notices every month about all british title ,english title, eliminators on its website
Disgusting treatment by Hennessy towards McVey in particular. He's a dastardly manipulator is that Hennessy fellow.
Hennessy just looks like a fat sweaty bloke to me. What the **** has he offered Tyson to keep him there?
