The people who ACTUALLY judge fights for a living had it EXACTLY as I did, 11 rounds to 1, with the 1 being due to a ****ing forearm.

 

I'm not going to argue here but I had Jones winning 6 rounds, but some of those were close, judges were a disgrace, he didn't do enough but he certainly didn't lose 11 rounds straight, did Joe even throw a shot in the 12th? Jones landed all the clean shake you to your boot shots that

Any more than 2 rounds for Jones and you should never be allowed to watch boxing again, this was the clearest decision in years. Jones did n-o-t-h-i-n-g the whole fight but land a forearm.

I try to restrict my comments to betting forums since they arent filled with morons like yourselves, but to say that Joe landed the more effective punches in the early rounds is ridiculous. Roy sat on the ropes and let Joe work his body, it had NO damage whatsoever.

In the centre Roy landed straight right hands at will, on Joe's FACE (you know, THAT THING BEHIND THE GLOVES?), and threw 1 effective and clean power shot for every 4 or 5 of Joe's weak punches aimed at jones's elbows. That 1 power punch is what wins the round, not the 4 amateur punches.

1-4 were clear for jones on effective, accurate punching. rounds 12 was among the most obvious rounds in boxing history.

That's 5 rounds including a knockdown. 113 Jones, assuming you score 5-11 for Calzaghe.


Here's a question: how many people here watched with the volume off? I watched a feed with no volume and no Harold Lederman.

seriously though you cant have had jones winning anymore than the first. if so then you clearly must have been watching on a lagging stream video. calzaghe owned that fight.

if it wasnt for that knockdown it woulda been a clean sweep for calzaghe.
