Lara is a mystery, he mixes good fights (Williams, Canelo) with poor performances (Vanes, Molina)

although he's absolutely elite, he loses to GGG, badly, he has not ONE advantage over Golovkin other than speed, which GGG always neutralises with his timing, and once he picks Lara apart, the anti-Golovkin brigade will call him a cherrypick bum dragged up from 154

More reason to see this fight happen. Watch the inevitable happen!

I like Lara as well, and I would love to see him quit or get ktfo.

(that's a horrible thing to say, I know)

No chance in hell Cotto beats Murray at 160 or Oums for that matter.
I'd also tip Curtis Stevens and Adama to push him to the edge.
Rosado would defo have his moments as well until his scar tissue failed him again.
Mof....now that Cottos ducking Canelo and talking K9...I think the rough Puerto Rican or the Showtime Stevens should throw their names into the mix.

    They're certainly better than 71 yo K9

Actually HBO had allowed GGG to fight off their network on Wealth TV PPV.

So, I guess the ball is in Haymons court.
Surely with his huge list of top fighters and solid competent opponents.... He's got a little room to drop dead weight.

Feeding Lara to GGG on a 19.95 PPV card would probably make K2 and Al a few bucks and with the low PPV cost, it would surely do 500k buys and it might get HBO interested in testing GGGs PPV drawing ability vs someone like Lee who also does solid #s. Maybe 600k which would make him #2 ATM only to Floyd.
Maybe K2 and HBO need to explore the possibilities of allowing one fight off HBO in order to drum up the $$$ necessary to get Oscar interested in sacrifing himself, lemiuex and Canelo to the MW god of war

Golovkin is with HBO and Lara is with Showtime, so Golovkin is smart enough to realize Lara isn't even a feasible opponent.

Don't worry, once GGG knocks him out, he'll turn into a blown up welterweight.

Golovkin would knock Lara out, no contest....................but Lara would not make Golovkin any money, since nobody wants to see Lara run all night......................
