Disrespecting The US Anthem

Tom Jones was singing. that "Ray Jay" guy was not singing.

 

Ray J is Brandy's little brother and America's resident pest. As soon as you think you've rid your house of him he pops up on your TV screen. You cut the TV off and there he is in your magazine. You turn on your radio and he's over here being interviewed about bangin' Whitney Houston and smokin' L's with 2pac. You try to sit back, relax, and watch some porn and there goes this f'n guy bangin' Kim Kardashian. There's no escapin' him. I swear, your local supermarket ought to sell Deet for Ray J. Spray that **** and maybe finally he'll go away.

 

Honestly, Ray J should be deported for that effort, hopefully to a nation with a substantially simpler anthem. That was ****ing terrible.

 

To be fair Tom Jones has the most manly voice ever to exist. We'd all sound a bit girly following him (though perhaps not to Ray Ray's level).

I usually love listening to the US anthem. I think it's a tremendous tune, which really builds the atmosphere. Sadly, that ***** last night butchered it. considering Whitney Houston was in the audience, she should have been asked to do it. Or anyone else with an ounce of talent.

 

Yes, his rendition was definitely terrible. Too bad Americans have a fascination with hip hop and other shitty music at the moment. They should have just got an unknown who would belt it out with pride.

 

If some kind soul would have graciously offered her some crack/cocaine you could have considered it done. Sheeeit, offer her a couple days supply and she would have stripped down to her Vickie's and done Ring/Round Card duties as well.

I'm sure he can sing, but he was obviously VERY nervous when he sang the anthem.

 

Tom Jones singing the welsh national anthem in Vegas will be the highlight of many a welshman's life.

Compare that to Ray-Jay, ****ing hell! Every time they get some RnB singer to butcher the american national anthem, and every time its cringeworthy. Its not a bad tune it just gets drawn out to death.

Actually I thought that the Hatton fans were booing the singer at the Mayweather fight, coz he wasn't any better. Whatever Americans are too sensitive to that type of ****. If you dont want your anthem to get booed bring some ****ing fans along to the show to sing it. Its bad when 30,000 brits will come 5,000 miles to a fight and outnumber the hosts 10 to 1.
