Distinct lack of boxing drills on youtube.....

just got back from winter games training camp. we got a great group of guys, most past nat champs and we all bonded well and will be spending a lot of time in future training camps build up for future tours. will see if it is ok to get some footage if coaches and team members agree. they made me captain which was a cool honor. so will respect w/e decisions we agree on in the matter...but think it could help the online boxing tutorial stuff, so long as to not give away any secrets tho. next camp is a week from fri...will ask then.

 

Nice one youngblood, and congrats on captain. it would be cool to see a video, even if its just a general workout video, a bit of bag work and mitts here and there, some shadow boxing. would still be very interesting to watch.

A drill my dad used to make me do was shadowbox and counterpunch while watching videos. He'd tell me watch one of the boxers and to counter for every jab thrown, slip/block straight rights and counter, etc. It was a pretty good drill, I just wasn't a competitive person and left boxing.

 

I was expecting to see a thread full of material or links to quality boxing drills. All I see is the usual bickering...
