The first test failed for HGH was very recent so I do not believe that the testing is very accurate. Besides from what I heard, EPO would be the most likely PED for a boxer to take and that can be caught with urine or blood with the urine being slightly more advanced at this time.

Olympic testing is not more accurate or that is it doesn't really apply here, because NSAC already follows Olympic urine testing protocols. They don't do the blood obviously, but the urine test is the same test.
