I have imagined Floyd to be active for my porposes, because I believe his retirement is a sham. Also, he has announces he is fighting again next year, so that should make him active. I've included DLH and Mosely as well, DLH's next fight is at welter and Mosely is trying to get fights against other top welters (i.e. Margarito). Williams moved up because he couldnt get a fight at welter. So I don't consider it official. He remains a true welterweight to me.

    Antonio Margarito
    Floyd Mayweather
    Miguel Cotto
    Paul Williams
    Oscar Dela Hoya
    Shane Mosely
    Andre Berto
    Joshua Clottey
    Kermit Cintron
    Carlos Quintana
    Yuri Nuzhnenko
    Jan Zaveck
    Jesus Soto Karaas
    Luis Collazo
    Demetrius Hopkins
    Shamone Alvarez

Cruisers are far too low, IMO.

    Supermiddle far too high.

Supermiddle's a strong division...even without Calzaghe there's Kessler, Taylor, Froch, Bute, Inkin, Andrade, Pascal, and Miranda, with Dirrell and Ward coming up nicely and Danny Jacobs is a great prospect. There's solid competition at the contender/fringe beltholder level with a couple of proven world class guys in Kessler and Taylor- you could do alot worse than that.

Bantam is too high. Even with Mijares up, all that gives us is hazegawa vs Mijares. Cruisers are a lot better then that. FW&Minimum should be last.
