I made my own boxing stand rack which can hold 2 heavy bags, double end bag and speed ball. It's not perfect. A work in progress but It's cheaper than buying the real thing which cost 2k. I made the stand by using a square tubes from the hard ward stores. Using a bucket and cement for a base. Then just connected by using bolts, supported and braced. pics to come. Thanks, It's still a work in progress. I want to expand it out by a half a meter or so. This is so easy to make it's adjustable and be modified. I can hang off it to get a good stretch holds my 90 Kg no problem.
