    Rumor mill:

    DKP petitioning the WBA to allow:

    Ruiz v. Valuev II for the interim title
    Meehan v. Golota for the #1 position
    Liakhovich v. Willamson for the #2 position

    Winner of Ruiz-Valuev would face Chagaev when he returns from injury, while the winners of Meehan/Golota would face winner of Liakhovich/Williamson to deterimine new WBA mandatory.....

    Hey Don King is the only person in the biz who still cares about the HW division and leave it up to him, he might be able to revive the division.

    I think Chagaev will take about a year to recover from that kind of major injury.

    Golota vs Meehan may be in September.

    The trouble with all this is, it doesn't take us any closer to having a WBC/WBA/IBF heavyweight champion. It, infact, delays it.

    Williamson and Sergei fighting for a #2 spot after both coming of bad losses is sad.

    Golota and Meehan for the #1 spot is a bit better but not a whole lot.

    King keeps giving us the same unwanted hw's time after time.

    But like someone said he might be the only person that cares about hws anymore.
