yea he did but they only had training camp together in las vegas, other than that it was all lee beard who trains hatton. over in the uk so basically flyods teaching him the jab for 10 weeks and beards just keeping hatton with light training, but still lee beards is hattons real trainer always has been since graham

probably so, but you know what. Mayweather Sr. was his trainer and someone important he was counting on. He should have been there from the time they helped him up to when they walked him back to the dressing room. Mayweather is not a professional and all he cares about is his own popularity and everything Mayweather. Really the focusing on the trainers is something which this 24/7 HBO show does. Mayweather Sr. is all ego, and to be honest Floyd Jr. is a lot like that also. They are more on ego than on showing results. As for the Hatton fight and Mayweather not being there, it is not a matter of blame, it is a matter of what is right. Mayweather not helping Hatton to the dressing room shows that he does not really know what it is to be a man's trainer.

De La Hoya got ****ing embarrassed by Pacquiao man. He's suicidal. The little guy retired him.

Anyway, mayweather is an ******* and has no compassion. Also being a good trainer is more than just "knowing boxing". He's ****.

Oscar is just still mad about being duped into believing he could pull off the shoulder roll.

Where's the sympathy for Floyd, sr....he was hoping to win trainer of the year this year .

you could see alot more difference bewteen the to camps to be honest in 24/7, pac was mostly all smiles with roach, where the only time hatton was said to be happy was when beard arrived and there different styles of training is bound to consider friction, it was probally a shambles since the first day

What do u mean when Beard arrive? Didn't Hatton's manage say Lee Beard is with Hatton 365 days a year? and Floyd is only with him for 12 weeks.

What is the most shocking to me that this was their SECOND camp together. I mean the Malignaggi fight ended with Ricky saying thx to Floyd Sr. and promising to work together in the future to get even better. 24/7 was all about Hatton and Floyd together, not much about Lee Beard.

Shocker one, Saturday, after round 1 'Ricky, you should've listened to me from day one'. Well... if it was their 2nd camp together... how the f*ck could it happen that Floyd was saying something and Ricky wasn't there to listen... Serious lack of trainer and fighter communication. But how wasn't that evident after the 1st camp?

Shocker two, and now that's something I couldn't believe when I read: they said Mayweather Sr. wasn't really the head trainer there, but rather a consultant to Team Hatton. Say again? WTF do they mean by consultant? What the hell was the padwork and all that **** all about then? Something that looked like a weird harmony in front of cable television cameras turned out to be a complete misinterpretation of the Hatton vs. Floyd Sr. situation. I've always said what you get in 24/7 is not real, but now come on, Floyd certainly didn't look like just a consultant.

It is very, very strange. I have no idea how could they mess it up so much. It wasn't the first freaking camp together for Chrissakes!
