I think the good way to enforce weight would be to set the
PPV $$$ income based on the weight ratio ...
PAC get as much % as :

PAC_fight_weight_in/PAC_nominal_weight * Oscar_fight_weight_in/Oscar_nominal_weight * 50%.

So if they stay at the current nominal weight they both get 50%.
If Oscar wants more % he must lower PAC income and go down
in weight more than PAC going up.

 

I have a better idea! 147, PERIOD, any pound above 147 costs Oscar $750,000.00!!!:good and this is added to Manny Pac's purse.
