This content is protected Ok.... So DLH is mad at Pacman and says that PBF showed more skill and that he is impressed more by PBF I guess he still doesnt remember the whooping Pacman laid up on him. PBF says he doesnt need Pacman and will not make it at 50/50 because he is the main atraction. I guess he still doesnt remember that the poor ticket sales caused him a rib injury causing the fight to be moved to the Mexican Independance Day While these fighters keep talking, Pacman keeps fighting. Pacman doesnt have to take on the dangerous Cotto but he is doing so because he wants to fight the best.
I agree on some of your points but please tell me who can Pac take on that is not dangerous and can make a lot of money now?? There was only one guy like this and it was Hatton. there is no Hatton now. Pac must fight either Mosley,Cotto or Floyd and they are all dangerous. There are not money fights at 140. And Pac is not a draw like Hatton or Oscar. He can not win a lot of money by fighting tomato cans.
I wouldn't call it Hate - I would call it a "Promoter doing his job." De la Hoya has invested in Mayweather and he knows the best fight out there is a Pac/May fight - so he's saying what he must say to try and make that fight. Just like he has investment in Hatton and made the statement that Hatton would win the fight. As a Promoter - what is he suppose to say? Mayweather is Mayweather - if you were considered the best in boxing - you would stand your ground too. What he's doing is part of negotiations - he's just doing it mighty early. Not many would take the first offer and if that are saying 50/50 - then more than likely they will budge. This is the Business side of Boxing - it has nothing to do with anything else.
Yeah I don't understand all the fans that get so emotional about what the managers have said. I mean they promote the fights and they talk ****. It was like one guy that was explaining me yesterday in the forum that Hatton lost because Oscar told him that Pac doesn't hit hard. WTF these are promotional games they try to discredit the other side and to disturb them. It's normal.
MAYWEATHER DESERVES MORE MONEY THAN PAC!!!!! And he'll continue to make more money than Pac. He doesn't need Manny like Manny needs him....Floyd could still prove his point to the world just by beating Shane Mosely and Miguel Cotto...so does he really need Manny Pac the answer is no.....unless the hater's now want to see Floyd beat up on a little guy such as Manny Pac....which would be hypocritcal seeing that many of you same hater's are pointing your nose's up at the Marquez fight...so lame. Manny take the 60/40...then take your ass whooping...and then go away. Truth be told...he'll be exposed.
simpleton....it's hard to argue with the truth. They both put on gloves and step into that ring. Had Floyd not taken a year and a half off to heal this wouldn't even be an argument. A win is a win because it's not a loss. Point blank. Manny doesn't deserve more than Floyd. If he wants more money tell him to have more fights @147 if he really wants to fight Floyd. Floyd is taking a tune up at a catchweight to prepare for Manny...Manny doesn't seem to want it with Floyd @147 but he doesn't really want it with Floyd at all. That's all you got cause the excuse's are pathetic...after Floyd absolutely destroys someone Manny couldn't then what??
How come he don't he came back didn't he??? The business of boxing...is go for the dough Manny offers more than Shane or Miguel...but watch and see if the fight doesn't go thru how quickly fighters @147 turn down a fight with Manny at a catweight to fight Floyd @147 Manny better step his game up. Floyd has no choice but to fight those fighter's at 147 because his pickings are very slim @catchweights. JMM is to make a point to Manny...Manny is for the money...and the rest will be about legacy.
This is logical. I got your point. But when they turn is Floyd going to be motivated to fight them or he is going to explain that Mosley has to many defeats and Cotto is not on his level and that they both had the chance before. You now what I mean. He will get my respect just by fighting them I don't even insist of him to win.
In my honest opinion I think if he doesn't fight the Cotto's and Mosley's then it defeats the whole purpose of the comeback I believe this time around it's about money but he's 32 now so it has to have something to do with what the critics are saying about the legacy he's leaving behind...he's my favorite fighter of all time but he still has something else to prove and beating Mosley and Cotto/Williams will be the only to way to prove it and quiet the hater's hopefully. (none of those fighter's are as good as him...Shane ran...Cotto was scared...and Williams has the reach and the workrate, but does he have the brain and the technique...I don't think so personally but we'll see)
I just want to see the fights so we can stop speculating what is going to happen. I'm Cotto fan. For me Cotto- Floyd at WW is the best match out there. But Floyd-Mosley or Pac are also great matches. I respect Floyd and I want to see him against the best not against the Judas and Baldomirs. And I'm looking for JMM-Floyd I don't think that the fight is a miss match
PBF surely did a better job of letting him in the fight. DLH just mad at himself because he quit in front of every living mexican legend that he had flown in for the event, taking it out on pac cause he's still pissed he's not GBP.
WTF? so hatton is not dangerous and a tomato cuns, yeah right! before the pac hatton fight a lot here says that this could be the toughiest fight for pac. I know what you are trying to say is pac is cherrypicking dumbass
